Roof Curb Properties

Property Name	Description
Cant Height For Cant Style / Raised Cant Style Roof Curb Type.	`Positive <numeric value>` Sets the height of the slanted cant added to lower body of the curb.
Connection \| End Type	fl `-<numeric value>` Sets and sizes end with a flange connection. m `-<numeric value>` Sets and sizes end with a male connection. fe `-<numeric value>` Sets and sizes end with a female connection. Separate End Type entries for each End Spec with a semi colon. Example: fl-2;fe-.13 creates a flange at End1 with size 2, and a female connection at End2 with an overall reduction of component's dimensions of .13
Connection \| Type	1-Bottom Top 2-Inline Bottom 3-Inline Top 4-Inline Center Determines location of connect points.
Flange \| Size	`Positive <numeric value>` Sets the flange dimension, exterior to curb body.
Height	`Positive <numeric value>` Sets the height of the curb body. For pitch type curbs it is measured from the elevated edge.
Outer Depth, Outer Width	`Positive <numeric value>` Sets the Depth and Width respectively of the curb body measured from outside.
Pitch	`<angle value> between 0° and 60°` Sets angle for Angle PitchType curb. `Positive <numeric percent value %>` Sets elevation to the percent of the outer width for Percent Pitch Type curb. `Positive <numeric value:numeric value>` Sets ration values for SU:MUPitch Type curb. Both values in Sub unit : Master unit of the DGN reflect. The right click Convert option sets the value to selected pitch type.
Pitch Type	0-None 1-Angle 2-Percent 3-SU:MU Displays pitch using common units of measure. The right click Convert option for Pitch also sets appropriate Pitch Type.
Raised Height For Raised Cant Style Roof Curb Type.	`Positive <numeric value>` Sets the Depth and Width respectively of the curb body measured from outside.
Roof Crub Type	1-Straight Style 2-Cant Style 3-Raised Cant Style Sets the type of the Roof Curb. Cant style curbs prevent leakages and add strength against storms.
